Shipping Policy

Yasai Pte. Ltd. ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service mutually.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will only be able to fulfill some of your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


2. Shipping Costs

Customers are advised to pick the corresponding shipping option based on the ordered items. Qxpress Singapore fulfills Courier delivery and Yasai Pte Ltd offers free delivery with a checkout cart of SGD 60.00 and above. Customers will be prompted with SGD 4.50 tracking delivery fee upon checking out, should the checkout cart amount is less than the requirement to be entitled to free delivery.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Yasai Pte. Ltd. will not accept returns due to a change of mind.


3.2 Return Due to Defects

If you believe you have received a defective item, kindly submit a claim to within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos of the defective product. Once the claim is approved, customers will pre-pay for the return shipping and send the item back to us. We will reimburse you the shipping and item fees within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. This is valid for all products under our Shop category and excludes all third-parties channels.


The default option will be to send a replacement item to you if stock is available. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of the studio. We reserve all rights to refund in-store credits instead of cash. On the occasion that a cash refund is agreed upon, it will be done via the original payment method.


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time within Singapore

We will need some time to process and package your items, so they get to you in good condition. Generally, you can expect your parcel in 2 to 3 days after making full payment (including any top-up shipping costs required).

4.2 Transit time Internationally

This varies greatly depending on your location, the courier as well as the customs process of your country. Please email us at to discuss and obtain a more specific estimate.

4.3 Dispatch Time

We need some time to process and package your items, so they get to you in good condition. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of the order made before 1800 pm (GMT+8), and the courier will take another 1 to 2 business days to deliver.

Our store operates Monday – Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM to process orders, excluding public holidays when the courier services we use will not serve.


4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We can only change the address before the order has been dispatched. Please check carefully before confirming your order at checkout.


4.5 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at so that we can conduct an investigation.


5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact us immediately via email. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please get in touch with us to discuss the next steps. Always prepare photographic documentation so that we can follow up with the courier.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website.


7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Yasai Pte. Ltd. encourages you to know these potential costs before placing an order with us.

Suppose the recipient refuses to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at the destination country. In that case, the goods will be returned to Yasai Pte Ltd at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the initial shipping and the return shipping.


8. Cancellations

Yasai Pte. Ltd. will not accept cancellations due to a change of mind. Any cancellation requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
